About David
I have been a woodworker and creator of things all my life, but it was not until 1984 that I made it my career. That same year I received my degree in Furniture Design and Construction in upstate New York. I never looked back and have been working with my favorite medium, wood, ever since. I moved back to my hometown, Wichita, KS and received my business degree from WSU in 2002. Wichita is home and also where I maintain a fully equipped shop and furniture design studio.
I have been blessed throughout my life working with and for many gifted designers and craftsmen and attribute many of my successes to them. Most notably, the ten years that I worked with, world-renown artist, Wendell Castle. It was there that I honed my woodworking skills and gained an immense appreciation for creative design and unparalleled craftsmanship.
